What do you like best about myCOI?
Very user friendly on the insured side and the broker side.
What do you dislike about myCOI?
The onboarding process is lengthy but is ultimately worth it.

Best for tracking Certificates
What do you like best about myCOI?
We can track all our vendor certificates, and see which endorsments our vendors are missing. Love the visuals of it
What do you dislike about myCOI?
Not applicable. I do not think I have a comment on this.
What problems is myCOI solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are very helpful to address questions. It is solving and minimizing our risk with vendors.

Rest easy with myCOI
What do you like best about myCOI?
As someone who isn't very well-versed in insurance matters, I appreciate knowing certificates are being reviewed by the experts!
What do you dislike about myCOI?
The only downside of myCOI is we experience pushback from some of our vendors on their willingness to utilize the platform although this definitely isn't due to any fault of myCOI as they make it fairly easy for vendors and their insurance agents.
What problems is myCOI solving and how is that benefiting you?
myCOI is helping us cope with the sheer volume of insurance certificates we receive.

In the beginning it was difficult getting our Vendors to register.

Our company only kept COI's on file. Never ensured that we had all the correct endorsements.

In order to maintain a high level of compliance, we have an internal resource assigned to follow up with unresponsive vendors.

Meeting Insurance Compliance with Ease!
What do you like best about myCOI?
myCOI handles all communication directly with the brokers! And I can navigate the platform with ease to access all information needed.
What do you dislike about myCOI?
I wouldn't say I like downloading one pdf at a time and when you update the vendor contact information, an email isn't sent to the new contact.
What problems is myCOI solving and how is that benefiting you?
The use of myCOI has allowed me to spend less time going back and forth to get insurance certs to meet compliance.

I use MYCOI on a daily basis to upload new COI from a vendor.
What do you like best about myCOI?
I like they do all the tracking. They send notifications to vendors and/or insurance agents.
What do you dislike about myCOI?
Sometimes it takes longer for a COI to be reviewed. If I need an expedited review, I will email my direct contact, and it will be taken care of that day.
What problems is myCOI solving and how is that benefiting you?
They notify insurance agents and vendors asking for compliant insurance. They also track current vendors to request renewal certificates. By MYCOI tracking insurance compliant allows me time to attend to other job duties.
