Great way to streamline the entire gym membership process
What do you like best about My Club Business?
The ASF system is really easy to use and very intuitive. I never have to guess about which function I should be using for a particular item. It is really easy to train new employees on the system as well which is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about My Club Business?
My biggest frustration lies within the logging in process. If there is not activity being done within the system for several minutes it always kicks us off and we have to login several times throughout the day which is always frustrating when trying to get things done for members in the quickest/most efficient way possible.
What problems is My Club Business solving and how is that benefiting you?
Club Business allows us to streamline the entire membership process. From signing up new members to assisting previous members with their accounts as well as our entire point of sale system for our apparel and drink orders. All the functions work in sync with one another and have been a great asset to our business.

You have more control over adjusting payment dates easily and it's easier to add on different programs to existing ones
What do you dislike about My Club Business?
It's a bit messy to navigate so it doesn't work well as a member management in addition to a CRM. It's really only good for member management

They offer more solutions for non payment and have a collections service which is helpful in collecting past due revenues
