I like the platform’s visibility, everyone can access it, and monthly packs can be uploaded for all to see. It also makes it easy to spot trends, for example whether scores are improving over time etc

It would be good if the platform could automatically alert us when needed, for example, if a review hasn’t been sent in a certain number of days, or if a contract’s scores have been gradually decreasing over a period of time.

It gives us better visibility and provides clients with a platform to share feedback.

I like that the feedback score is tracked over time, rather than just capturing how things feel in the moment, because it gives a more accurate reflection of where you are. I also appreciate having a comments section, since it adds helpful context alongside the score.

I haven’t had any pain points to date. It’s easy to use, and I’ve received good support from Elle.

It helps me get a clear picture of how the client feels, which is really benefiting my work. That said, some clients need the scoring process explained, because a few have inadvertently scored lower than they intended.

I dislike that you cannot "favourite" a client and have that as the main dashboard

Client share is now helping us identify the customers who require additional support, or more time, to develop effective working relationships. The NPS scoring system provides straightforward analysis that highlights where strategic management resources need to be allocated in order to improve customer perception.

What I appreciate most about Clientshare is how effectively it fosters transparency between our regional and account managers and their clients. It provides a clear structure for tracking performance and accountability for us internally in the business unit. Senior team get email notifications about chosen updates / feedback from clients without the need to login - this gives them a good insight of how the team is really doing, especially if clients leave feedback.

Securing consistent buy-in from clients to review and score performance remains a challenge but this would be a challenge with any platform. Currently, there's no way to respond directly to client and their feedback within the platform, which limits the visibility for real-time dialogue and audit trail - there was a recent introduction to add internal comments about steps taken which was seen as a positive improvement. More personal win would be to have the ability to independently export Excel or CSV data from our workspaces but we do get weekly communication from Clientshare team and Power BI integration in premium space.

Overall gives us better visibility on holistic contract health and provides instant link to senior leadership if clients want to escalate concerns.

Easy, simple to use software that you can personalize each review to suit your client's needs. Any questions I've had Elle has been pro-active and responsive.

The support we have had from the team since mobilising the platform has been really helpful, responses have been quick and knowledgeable, and the platform updates have been well communicated.
