The flexibility of the system to display many different types of visual media.

Some of the features we would like to test are behind a pay wall.

We use the Mvix for our menus in our cafes and for displaying informational flyers. We also play our youtube videos on the devices.

MVIX allows our staff to easily and quickly update our signage throughout our several buildings from their desk. It's easy enough for even our part-time staff to operate and does not require a lot of maintenance or troubleshooting time.

Occasionally, a system may go offline, but a reboot is usually all it takes to fix the problem. We installed remote power units so that our staff can just click a button on a wireless remote to power cycle the machine and it comes right back up.

We needed a way to communicate to our 10,000+ residents about upcoming events, important safety information, and room reservation schedules. MVIX has allowed us to do that easily with minimal downtime.

From Sales to product support and training, each employee was patient and knowledgeable. Dan helped us figure out our product needs. The support team has helped us get things set up and running!

Everything was great and so helpful. We had no issues!

We are using Mvix as our digital directory. We realize that it is much easier to update. Mvix has so many great features! Mvix is very user friendly and intuitive. Our team has become much more efficient in updating our directory. All the cool bells and whistles are a nice addition as well.

I like the fact that we can change pictures regularly without too much of an ordeal. It is a fun and easy program to use.

I wish the step by step guide was a little more detailed and explained how to do more than add pictures and files to the display monitors. Such as how big of a file each photo needs to be to fill the entire display monitor.

Mvix is not helping solve any problems as we are a school and are using it for slideshows of the students in the front office and the school hallways.

I purchased a Mvix basic player last year. Just got it installed and configured for our restaurant. Had to call tech support a couple of times to get all set *** (and they were awesome). This is why I would choose MVIX. They are in the USA and answer the phone and can help. This is worth a lot when you are busy and need an answer. The device seems well made and I have been learning and using the Xhib signage desktop app for creating playlists and schedules. My summary is that with all the options out there if you ever need support - Mvix is there.

Would like to see some simple updates on the web app but think there are more options with the upgraded media player. I started with the basic player and app.

Product works as advertised. Support is available and very good.

Not having to go to the store/ restaurant to install a USB to run media. Quick changes, easy to review and update.

We have had a few issues with their hardware, but they are typically easy fixes, and support is very responsive to help us.

Sometimes a media player will go down, typically due to a hardware issue. Most of the time, a reboot fixes, but sometimes we have had to swap out. However, they are straightforward to set up, and their support is fast and friendly. The web portal for managing content and devices is intuitive and easy to use. Good hardware, great support.

MVIX has been very good to work with from the purchase to the design. Their product has been great for our application.

There hasn't been anything about their product or service that I have disliked.

We have updated a building built in 1985 with digital directories. So far the tenant feedback has been very good.

I love the quickness and ease of changing my content. It is very convenient that I don't have to be at my place of work to change content. I have done it from several states away.

We have had issues with the screens freezing but I believe that has to do with the hardware that we purchased from an outside source. My advice is to use the equipment that Mvix suggests to use and don't go the cheaper way out.

Go with the hardware that they recommend and don't try to take the cheaper way out. It will end up costing you more time and money in the long run.

There is nothing to dislike. It’s been a great product.

The ease of initial set up and training available are top notch. The capabilities of the hardware are excellent and rival or even surpass the competition in several key areas. The workflow for updating content is easy to understand, yet roust. The scheduling of content as far into the future as needed is also a nice touch.

It would be nice if the hardware was PoE.

My main considerations for digital signage were Mvix and Bright Sign. Ultimately we chose Mvix because the CMS was much more robust and easy to use. I recommend to anyone to go with Mvix purely on that experience alone. The software is all you will be touching once they are deployed, so getting that piece right is key.

Providing relevant and timely information to the workforce has been a sticking point for our company for a long time. Company-wide emails just weren't working for us and a lot of the company was still complaining of being in the dark about company news. We have deployed Mvix in multiple locations around all of our corporate locations and we have had tremendous engagement with our users. Many people have loved the solution and people are now feeling more connected than ever before.
