Mortgage Servicer Review

What do you like best about Mortgage Servicer?

Mortgage Servicer is an extremely cost effective solution to servicing a wide variety of mortgage loan types. Their customer service is second to none and they are constantly striving to improved the quality of their platform. They are open to suggestions and very easy to work with.

What do you dislike about Mortgage Servicer?

Honestly, there are no real downsides. There is no such thing as a perfect mortgage servicing system but for all that mortgage servicer provides as compared to the rest the "big boys" in the industry, it cannot be beat!

What problems is Mortgage Servicer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helps us to properly report all of our investors loans properly, both loans in default and loans that are current. Allows us to pay property taxes, homeowners insurance and any other bills that come due that are part of the escrow account balance.

Excellent Servicing Software

What do you like best about Mortgage Servicer?

There is some slight customization available and most all of the data can be pulled into spreadsheets.

What do you dislike about Mortgage Servicer?

The system only allows the user to store one document at a time. If I need to upload 3 different documents to the same account it's not possible.

Recommendations to others considering Mortgage Servicer?

I suggest that new users take a number of training classes available to fully familiarize themselves with the system. Our previous Admin took reporting classes as well so that we could utilize Crystal reports to pull data from FICS.

What problems is Mortgage Servicer solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to easily track borrower payments, process T&I payments, and cut checks directly from the system.

Interface can be slow at peak times and sometimes experience compatibility issues with other software

Make sure your use will justify the expend
