Okay so i recently moved to the UK and monzo war the first bank I opened and honestly it was so easy and seamless and I got my card within 3 days. I also got £5 from referral. When my partner came in we week able to open a joint account so easily and get a card and that just topped it for me. So fast and easy. I love the user of pots as well. Overall great.

I wising I could delete pots and the new UI was rather confusing to be fair. But that's just it.

Helping to afresh my money and save money in my pots as well. I also like how it's able to categorize different expenses and put my joint account together. Great experience overall.

Ease of use, great responsive customer service

Some of the pro features could be included as part of the free bank account

Wait times were a bit long or they were taking forever to answer simple questions.

The app use to crash a lot and now it's becoming easier to use

I like the life supporting options that Menzo offers like spending budgets, free cash withdrawals abroad as I travel a lot. Monzo flex that allows me to by now and pay later.

The servoce is soemtimes slower then expected and I had a problem connecting to Google pay first time.

Any software issues are resolved over night with the new version of the software release. I'm being notified if the new version is available and any planned maintance.

I liked that Monzo allows you to use your money abroad without fees and put money in savings pots to grow.

Unfortunately, the app was not able to verify my identity and customer service was incredibly unhelpful and wouldn't tell me why. Based on tht I cannot recommend Monzo.

Monzo is making it easier to bank than high street options, allowing you to do almost everything you would need to do in its app (except deposit checks).
