I love the fact that it is a nice clean layout. And that you can easily customize the workflows. I work for companies with different invoicing criteria and with moneybird I can create several workflows.

There is not a lot that I dislike. It is easy to use, the only thing that I would love to see is an app for the iPad. I can now only use the iPhone app and then magnify it.

I can easily invoice my clients and also send reminders if clients forgot about the invoice.

.I like that the software was easy to learn how to use there were a great training guides available during implementation that my company used and help to make it to be successful

What are you didn’t like about this is that the format of us after seemed a little old-school I was expecting something more up-to-date and modern but other than that it’s been wonderful to work with

Moneybird sounded too good to be true before we started using it, but once we implemented it our workflow and strategic financial planning have both improved. There are lots of invoicing programs out there (we use Quickbooks, Square Invoicing, and others in addition to Moneybird - all for different reasons and purposes), and one thing I have noticed is that Moneybird is a tiny bit slower than the others to integrate with the banks. The user interface is not appealing to the new customers and it should be fixed for attracting new consumers. The person cannot get hold of the transaction history and it bugs us even more.

Everything about Moneybird surprises me, to be very specific Invoicing. Invoicing is very easy to use and user friendly. We have been using it for a few years now and we are absolutely satisfied.

Sometimes, payments to the bank take very long, which is unfortunate for cash flow.

Writing, printing, faxing invoices (or sending via email) takes way too much time and it's hard to track who has or hasn't paid. This saves me a lot of time.

I need just a couple of clicks to make an invoice. Workflows are really easy to set up and clients will be notified on time.

The only thing I don't like about MoneyBird is that the connection with the bankpayments have a little delay.

MoneyBird really make your finances easy (and less terrible) to do.

It took me much time to make all of my invoices. Now it really saves me a lot of time. Keeping track of VAT is made easy so I don't need to do any calculations at the end of my terms.
