The automation we have in place for connecting slack and salesforce is killer. The note taking AI is amazing, plus a huge time saver! Their team is great to work with and are innovating so quickly it is exciting to see what they are bringing to the table.
The only thing I dislike is that I don't have access to their full platform.
Cutting through the noise and mess of slack by automating and connecting data from Salesforce to Slack, which makes it so much easier to keep teams, managers, and execs up to date and informed on the activities of our GTM teams.

Momentum has a ton of wow factor features, but what it really comes down to for us is the flexibility and versatility of the platform. Much like Salesforce Flows, Momentum is a revolution in automation and driving the efficient movement and transformation of your data all while keeping it at the fingertips of those who need it most.
The only feedback I've had thus far for the Momentum team is that I'd love to be able to interact with the platform via Salesforce Flows.
Momentum helps us keep tabs on what is happening in Salesforce by serving up alerts to the right people in a manner that is accessible to both end users and administrators.

Automating everyday tasks saves time
Working with Momentum has been a great experience. The ability to collaborate with the team and come up with new and innovative ideas have been a benefit to our organization. Having a Slack channel allows us to easily communicate with the team as we are making enhancements. I consider Momentum as part of our overall team.
I have nothing negative to say about working with Momentum. They have been a great partner for our company.
The Slack to Salesforce integration allows me to easily create a new SFDC Case from a Slack request to enhance our tracking of requests or technical enhancements in a single tool. They have also assisted us with Process Builder and Workflows within our organization which allows us to streamline and consolidate our processes in a single system.
Streamlining sales process through Slack keeps our team moving quickly
Sometimes things break but they're quick to fix.
Logging calls, updating + adding contacts, etc from Slack is way more efficient than trying to do it all in SFDC.
We have a Slack culture and the simplicity of Momentum ensures our Sales Account Team, Ops Teams, and Management Team engage, interact, and don't let things slip through the cracks.
I think it's coming but more ability to update SFDC records from the Momentum Opportunity Channels. Today everything is fed into Chatter. Ideally, Contacts, Notes, Documents could be mapped to the fields in SFDC Accounts, Opportunites, Contacts, etc...
We have better team communication and visibility on opportunities. It feels like we get timely updates from different team members because they are as simple as updating the channel in Slack, (vs a ticket or deciding who to include when sending an email).
For our larger or more complex deals, we can quickly bring the Management team up to speed and engage the greater team on Slack thread with history. This also allows for other team leaders to chime in with examples or help.
Momentum has done a great job with its deal rooms and notification structure in unlocking cross-team collaboration surrounding existing opportunities and product deployments, linking the information in Salesforce to the text channels our teams live inside of in Slack.
We have not had many issues with Momentum, I know that one of our bigger blockers has been the time it takes to bring new notification requests online. Their team has been great in helping us build out these notifications on their end, and quite fast about it, but as they have built out their notification platform, this has been getting easier to do on our own.
Momentum is helping us solve a communication issue, where data locked in Salesforce must be manually transferred to members not within SFDC by word of mouth. Momentum is allowing us to bring non-SFDC members into the conversation to have insight into active projects. Momentum also has made the transfer of information from Slack into SFDC easier, enhancing the integrity of the data within our CRM.
The Momentum team constantly provides us with amazing solutions to complex problems—what a group of creative, intelligent, nice, and insightful people. Everyone with whom I've worked has been a pleasure and super helpful. We communicate by Slack and are always available and willing to jump in and help whenever needed. I feel that they are an extension of our team.
I have nothing to say here. Everything I have suggested as improvements has been acknowledged and acted on if applicable.
We licensed Momentum to document our deal approvals in Salesforce. Historically, approvals were captured within an individual's Slack conversations without the ability to archive into Salesforce. As a result of Momentum, we can not fully document deal approvals all within SFDC.

Momentum essentially helps give our company view into our CRM without requiring that everyone at the company have a Salesforce license
It is a super powerful tool to play with automating our revenue tech stack.
With any new product that is being built, there can be some hiccups, but the team is very quick to respond, troubleshoot, and fix.
I'm excited about the future product roadmap.
