After a terrible experience with both Stripe & Paypal - where we felt like 'just another number' - Mollie has been brilliant. We have an WooCommerce website and needed a reliable payment processor. We were offered great rates and it was easy to set up- the plugin worked very smoothly. The best part though was the excellent customer service I received from a lady called Molly! Yes she has the perfect name to fit the business. Molly helped set up our account and she even went above and beyond to get this done very quickly on a Friday afternoon/ evening because I was worried about the risks to our business over the weekend. I felt like she really cared about our business and I was very grateful- she is a credit to your business and you need to hold on to her. Here's to a long a successful partnership. Thanks Molly!
