The system is lightweight, easy to use, and available offline for some of our sale team in remote areas. Our Sr. Success Manager Tony has been crucial in our implementation of best practices, analytics reporting, and overall usage. We are on a path to finally moving to the NextGen version and our marketing and sales teams could not be more excited!
I don't know that I have any strong dislikes or experience any glaring weaknesses with the platform that won't be solved when we move to the NextGen version. The platform and support have been top notch since I stepped into my role.
