Look - there are a lot of influencer marketing tools out there, and I won't pretend to have evaluated them all (chiefmartec's latest martech landscape is a good reminder of just how crowded this space is, and I'd encourage anyone to do their own due diligence). But with that caveat upfront: Modash nails the fundamentals for how I actually work.

I sit on the integrated communications side rather than running influencer programs full-time, which means I need a tool that plugs cleanly into broader client campaigns and helps elevate comms strategy - not one that assumes I'm living in it eight hours a day. The UI and overall experience are genuinely well thought through, which matters more than people admit when a platform is touching multiple workflows.

I love the simplicity and ease of use that Modash offers. The care and attentiveness of the team is also top notch. I feel like the platform covers a lot and is at such a great price point for emerging brands. The initial setup was so easy that I was up and running in a day.

Modash has streamlined our entire workflow from discovery to payment. The discovery engine is incredibly powerful; we've been able to find very specific niche partners (like dermatologists and barbers) and instantly vet their audience demographics to ensure they match our target market. The "Audience Overlap" and "Fake Follower" data give us the confidence to make offers. Additionally, the payment system is a lifesaver. Onboarding creators and processing invoices happens in one place, which keeps our accounting clean and our partners happy.

While discovery and payments are seamless, the 'Contracting' phase is still a bit manual for my taste. I currently have to draft agreements externally (PDFs) and manage the back-and-forth negotiations via email to ensure specific deliverables (e.g., '1 long-form + 3 shorts') are understood. I would love a built-in 'Contract Builder' that maps agreed-upon deliverables directly to the tracking dashboard so I can avoid scope creep without leaving the platform.

We use Modash to solve the "trust" problem in influencer marketing. Before reaching out, we can verify that a creator's audience is actually located in the countries we sell to and that their engagement is real. It also solves the administrative burden of managing relationships. We use it to track deliverables (YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels) and ensure payments are tied to those deliverables. It has allowed us to move from a manual spreadsheet process to a professional, scalable operation.

Modash is by far the best affordable "all encompassing" influencer platform I have used. Everything from their influencer discovery, list building, inbox management, campaign tracking and link creation is easy to use, and keeps everything I need to manage influencers IN ONE PLACE (finally no more spreadsheets!). I personally really love their inbox feature that ties a conversation directly with a status about where that influencer/partnership sits within the workflow funnel (ie: Outreached vs Negotiating). You can even customize the status workflow per influencer AND have custom Campaign Workflows which is a game changer compared to other platforms that have pre-built only options. The team at Modash actually listens to their customers too so new updates seem to come out weekly to continue improving the platform. Really couldn't recommend this enough for brands, but also for freelancers and consultants! You can't beat the price for what you get out of this platform!

I have come across a few scenarios where the platform is being buggy, but their team responds super quickly and really does care to work with you on figuring out the issue in order to find a solution fast.

We particularly value how content is organized by campaign, giving us quick access to all key performance metrics and content insights in one place. The Discovery feature is also very effective. It allows us to find creators that match our brand by filtering based on topics, audience, and other campaign needs.

While the platform occasionally has trouble recognizing some content links we add manually, the support team is always quick and efficient in resolving issues.
