Makes searching for new employees easier
What do you like best about MoBerries?
The UI is quite easy to use. You have to create a profile description for the position you want to fill. The important thing is to write the right keywords to match the job offer. Then the algorithm can work really well and find the right candidates. Those profiles that fit, are clearly displayed and you can view the CV and other data to get a picture of the applicant. For internship positions it is just perfect.
What do you dislike about MoBerries?
If you are looking for someone for upper management, the hits are less good. You're better off with an active search.
What problems is MoBerries solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MoBerries to search for suitable candidates for our open positions. Especially for "normal jobs" it works really well. You just have to pay attention to the right keywords which match the job. The software saves us at least one employee.
