Customer support is helpful

What do you like best about Mittwald?

I’m happy to report that load times are fast and to this date, both of my websites have not gone down. The email accounts are a good bonus; moreover, the customer support has been rather helpful when I required them.

What do you dislike about Mittwald?

Several features of Mittwald’s services appear to be more suited to plain website hosting and do not appear to meet the needs of a proper e-commerce platform. But for the business which had the online store, Mittwald might not be the ideal one for it.

What problems is Mittwald solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mittwald offers me a safe and stable environment for running my websites. The fast server speeds and the good uptime gives my visitors a great experience while on my website.
