What do you like best about Mirakl Inc?

I appreciate Mirakl Inc's ability to structure and automate the management of a marketplace while facilitating the integration and monitoring of sellers. The platform offers tools to standardize the catalog, automate product and order flows, and simplify seller onboarding through structured and standardized processes.

What do you dislike about Mirakl Inc?

The interface and some automations of Mirakl Inc can be complex to handle, especially during the initial setup. Some features are spread across different sections, which can be confusing. A more intuitive interface would be very beneficial for users.

What problems is Mirakl Inc solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Mirakl Inc to develop and manage a marketplace by centralizing seller integration, catalog management, and order tracking. Mirakl automates stock variations and offers tools to standardize the catalog, simplify seller onboarding with structured processes.

What do you like best about Mirakl Inc?

What I like best about Mirakl is its ability to seamlessly manage a multi-vendor marketplace with robust scalability and strong API integrations.

What do you dislike about Mirakl Inc?

Nothing comes to my mind but custom reporting is somewhat limited unless paired with external tools or APIs, which adds dependency on additional development resources.

Recommendations to others considering Mirakl Inc?

We work in multiple platforms like Debenhams, B&Q, Superdrug, BrandAlley etc. It is actually helped us a lot in integration of stock, orders etc which has streamlined our workflow.

What problems is Mirakl Inc solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a seller, Mirakl helps us streamline product listings, order management, and price updates across multiple stores from a single platform.

Easy integration and complete platform.

What do you like best about Mirakl Inc?

Mirakl has a passive API and this allows integration with various other software such as RMS, in addition to providing very complete reports

What do you dislike about Mirakl Inc?

It has many search engines. It could be a little easier to use.

What problems is Mirakl Inc solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it to manage the portfolio of several sellers on the marketplace, by integrating it with RMS it also makes it easier to manage stock of products and offers. As it is a complete platform, we are also able to provide customer service.

It is a complete platform, it is easy to integrate with other databases as it has a passive API, so it is very easy to consolidate the information we need there.

What do you dislike about Mirakl Inc?

It could be more intuitive in some of the features it provides.

I use it to integrate several partners in our marketplace, through it we are able to manage the stores that sell on our website and monitor the entire flow of orders.

We were not sure whether the products will sell on our website, but once the traffic started coming in we were able to see that these new products offer great margins and expanded our catalog A Great Solution for Expanding Online Marketplaces

What do you like best about Mirakl Inc?

Mirakl is a wonderful tool to let retailers connect with vendors without actually taking on any added inventory risk. Mirakl is easy to setup, quick to integrate, and very user-friendly. Learning Mirakl was the easiest part for my entire team

What do you dislike about Mirakl Inc?

Mirakl needs to support more integrations. Mirakl also has certain performance issues from what I have observed. The claimed uptime is four 9s but I have seen it down way more than that, so definitely scope to improve

What problems is Mirakl Inc solving and how is that benefiting you?

We at Ubreathe were trying to create a new category of business and it was getting very difficult to get customers to purchase our product without showing them many things in the catalog to browse. Mirakl eased our lives by letting us connect with a few vendors who were selling complimentary products.

What do you like best about Mirakl Inc?

Mirakl is great integration that allows my company to expand our online marketplaces. It has given access to BestBuy which has been key to our Consumer Electronics sellers

What do you dislike about Mirakl Inc?

Mirakl does charge additional fees to our customers as an integration. The charges are unavoidable and needs to be a part of their business model, but unfortunately can also be a deterrent to customers.

Great for connection to Best Buy

The most significant benefit of connecting with Mirakl is the additional marketplaces that you can access.

Great way to multiply your omnichannel strategy

What do you like best about Mirakl Inc?

The sheer number of marketplaces you can launch through Mirakl is fantastic. Signing up is easy and the prices are very low. So far as I know there is not any platform out there that does the same for this price.

What do you dislike about Mirakl Inc?

Not all channels have full functionality.

What problems is Mirakl Inc solving and how is that benefiting you?

Benefits are that you can link Mirakl with your e-commerce platform (like Linnworks) and then push orders from your new sales platform through mirakl to your order and inventory platform.

We haven't found any negative points about this platform.

Define marketplace business rules Promising solution for quick setup

What do you like best about Mirakl Inc?

Mirakl is a pretty solution for small to mid scale retailers, as it really avoids a lot of overhead for setting up the harder things. I particularly like their new client onboarding feature best.

What do you dislike about Mirakl Inc?

They need to roll out a pay per use model, for the smaller companies who need a smaller subset of their services. I see that being a win win for them as well us as customers.

Great Marketplace Connections, but Shopify Sync Could Be Simpler

What do you like best about Mirakl Inc?

This is great for connecting to various marketplaces.

What do you dislike about Mirakl Inc?

Syncing content from Shopify is not as simple as it could be on the lower plans.

What problems is Mirakl Inc solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mirakl is helping me sync pricing, inventory and orders between shopify and various marketplaces.
