Minotaur Business Systems is a very user-friendly and multi-faceted system. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always available with support.

I honestly do not see any downsides to Minotaur. In fact, there is so much more that Minotaur is capable of that we are still learning about.

Minotaur's ability to customize their software to meet our ever-changing needs is a huge benefit.

The customization of the system is fantastic. Can very easily tailor it your specific needs and requirements. Helped us with our trace-ability program, inventory management and made financials a lot smoother. Centralized the whole business essentially. Very easy to track yields, and make changes during production.

It can be difficult to train new people, especially those who aren't familiar with computers.

Minotaur has been the backbone of our business for 9 years. We utilize this system in a non-standard application where it functions as both a retail POS and a process ERP. The flexibility of the program has allowed us to integrate new processes as our business grows and evolves and has allowed us to be more creative in our problem-solving processes. By leveraging Minotaurs customizable features, we have been able to track and evaluate many different areas of our business that other ERP systems just can't be applied to.

Reporting can be a little bit complex. There is lots of flexibility to it but understanding how to write reports can be tough.

Daily food processing and accounting. We produce, ship and bill 50,000+ lbs a day. Minotaur handles all of the accounting and tractability needed to comply with food processing standards. Minotaur allows us to do all of this with limited office and production staff.

There is a learning curve which can be challenging. But anything new can be challenging.

We now have a full traceability program of everything produced at our meat processing plant.

Customer service is exceptional. Anytime I have needed support someone is available to help me by phone or email.

A lot of customizability but it is a difficult ERP to learn how to customize. You need to be trained by Minotaur Staff.

We are using Minotaur to create a comprehensive ERP that handles all aspects of our business including accounting and operations and we have found less chances for human error, better trace-ability and seamless integration with our exisiting systems.
