I love how the UI is user-friendly and has all the options an influencer marketer needs. Support is super fast and gets right into it to help you, and most than anything is that the metrics it gets are the most accurate I've seen around (tried several other similar platforms)

Out of all the influencer platforms I’ve used, MightyScout is by far the best. The support team is incredibly responsive and helpful. Whenever I have a question, I get a quick and thorough reply. The platform is intuitive and makes it easy to track campaigns and influencer analytics. It’s also one of the most affordable tools I’ve come across, without sacrificing functionality. Everything from reporting to influencer tracking is smooth and reliable. MightyScout has truly outperformed every other platform I’ve tried.

There is nothing I dislike about MightyScout. :)

Influencer tracking, analytics, outreach, etc.

As someone managing influencer campaigns across borders, I need clarity and structure — and MightyScout delivers exactly that. The dashboard is one of my favorite features. I can see all campaign activity in one place: who posted, what’s pending, how each piece is performing, and even the ROI breakdown. It’s easy to filter by brand or project and instantly share clean reports with clients.

No more jumping between spreadsheets, screenshots, and email threads. MightyScout has saved us countless hours by tracking Stories before they expire, organizing creator info automatically, and giving us real-time data to work with. It’s been especially helpful when managing multiple influencer collaborations for Korean brands reaching out to U.S. and global audiences.

It would be helpful to have more localization features, like filters for language or regional audiences, but the platform already covers most major needs. Overall, MightyScout is intuitive, reliable, and incredibly effective for running influencer campaigns at scale.

I love how it helps me to stay organized and on task. Easy to use. I really like the tags and the ability to place orders directly from Mighty Scout. The team is always so quick and Diana is the bomb!~

Sorting feature could be improved. I like being able to sort more than one row consecutively.

The ability to maximize my time. I am able to pull up more potential talent and reach out to them in a time effective way.

Easy to use, and you get everything in one place. Not special training - They answer you really fast,

You can get even the formats for the agreements, change the clauses, etc.

Need some more options for reports, but this should come with time.

Reports, will make my life easier

I really like all the features for influencer and social media post tracking and the social media analytics. It helps our company track results and impact on every campaign.

It's very easy to use and they have friendly and responsive customer service support.

As you track more brands, pricing does go up but it's still very affordable compared to other platforms.

It's super intuitive to use and is helpful to collect insights about influencer campaigns.

I wish the reporting function was slightly more advanced.

Collecting analytics and content from influencer campaigns and being able to share it with clients.

The ability to track sales from the use of their unique discount codes. The ability to keep hold of all content that is created, including stories. And the report they make at the end of each campaign.

It doesn't have any more benefits than that, and it costs a lot for what it provides. I can't justify it.

Look around and suss all the options available for influencer marketing/monitoring. And see how well the team from those software companies communicate to you and give you thorough tutorials on how to benefit from their software. Nothing worse than purchasing it and not being taken of to maximize the experience.
