There are SO many incredible things about the Mighty platform, our community is loving the gamification, the fact that we have an app, community livestreams, and the ability to talk directly to each other within the platform! The Mighty team, if you're on the path-to-pro level, gives you the chance to meet with them in a group setting at least once a week, to learn a new feature available to you and to even help audit what you have to ensure your community is getting the best! The team is kind, smart and full of wonderful ideas and resources.

The one thing I will note is when it's not a live event, I have struggled to connect through email or DM with some of the team (no replys, 1 word answers or answers that don't fit the q I ask) I kinda learned to just show up to a Tuesday call if I have a real question because I know someone (Maya or Kyle have been our Mighty Heros) will jump in and help iron things out!

I really appreciated the daily rhythm of the meetings. And I found the live walk-throughs very helpful. Maya was great at responding to the questions as they came up naturally.

I’ve used a lot of platforms over the years, but Mighty Networks stands out for one simple reason, it lets you build community on your own terms. The design flexibility, analytics, and AI tools (especially People Magic GPT) make it easy to create spaces that feel personal, not performative.

The support team is consistently excellent, fast, helpful, and genuinely invested in your success. There’s a bit of a learning curve at first, but that’s also what makes it powerful. Once you understand the structure, you realize just how much freedom you have to shape the experience around your people and purpose.

If you’re serious about building something that lasts, a space built on connection, not algorithms, then Mighty Networks is the place to start.

I've been having a great experience with Mighty. I love how flexible the platform is and how deep I can get into the design, the spaces, the collections, and member gateways. My business has several tiers of service and I've been looking for a way to simplify the pipelines and just get my clients where they need to be without a ton of technical hand-holding on my part. It's clear that Mighty has thought this platform through and is very focused on user experience. Loving it.

For nonprofit leaders doing the vulnerable work of succession planning and leadership transitions, this kind of intentional connection is everything.

The impact is for my business is also real. Mighty is set up to be a big part of the backbone of this next iteration of my growth and revenue model. The platform is genuinely intuitive—my team doesn't have to spend hours figuring out workarounds or navigating a clunky interface AND I'm able to build out multiple Spaces (under one umbrella) for different subsets of the community we are building together.

The Mighty features that matter most to me include (but aren't limited to): Spaces for focused work, member discovery tools that actually function, purposeful content delivery (oh how I love the Courses plan!), and admin controls / tech and features support that actually make the BTS of online community building, joyful. The Well Lab exists because Mighty makes it possible to build something substantial and sustainable. Forever a Mighty fan!
