I like the application for the ease of use and outward benefits to customers

I dislike some of the back- end tech where minor things can effect the speech. Sometimes, every aspect of my meaning is not input into the technology which interferes with the technolohies service.

Microsoft Custom Recognition Intelligent Service (CRIS) is solving the ability to input content with speech and successfully translates this into the necessary areas.

It is nice to know they are working well with our systems.

I don't like the data storage/sharing, even if it is limited.

It saves time, which saves money. It is efficient.

I believe it is a very helpful tool when searching for important information, I would like to learn more about this CRIS program.

CRIS is a tool that helps overcome speech regonition blocks. When working internationally it is important to be able to block out background noise. When texting it is beneficial to have speech to text optimization.

It is hard to say what I dislike since this tool helps what is hard to do which is speech optimization. This service fills a gap.

The ability to edit audio helps with translations of demo videos for training and showing product. When working globally it is important to be able to translate languages.

I think the thing I like best about Microsoft Custom Recognition Intelligent Service, is that it is Microsoft, so if there is ever any kind of trouble or if you have any questions regarding the service, it is very easy to get a hold of someone or to simply google instructions and they are accessible. Overall the program is easy to use and the menus and options are all very well laid out and easy to understand and follow.

Not too much to complain about. You can find tutorials and such all over the internet and microsoft is pretty good at trouble shooting any issues.

I think it is the most effective and easiest software to use when it comes to audio recordings and editing audio files.

Mostly just editing audio files and recording audio files and using the effect that come with the program.

It helps with voice to text customisation and it surpasses all background noise

CRIS helps us to save time by recognising the words we speak. So we don't need to waste our time by typing words.

It doesn't have big drawbacks. If we have to say it couldn't recognise properly when we speak fast. So we have to maintain our pace.

It's majorly easing my work by speaking. I could finish my tasks faster.

The best part about it is that it does not have to be run online and can be stored offline. Apart from this, it offers a pretty accurate analysis that can be improved further through speech models.

The software implementation can be time-consuming and not easy to set up. Additionally, the product's pricing is on the higher side, which makes the ROI justification difficult.
