For both internal customers (people in the same organization) or outside people, I have to be able to let them create appointments by seeing my free time and selecting it. This solution is no additional cost(part of Microsoft 365) and let's my customers set appointments with me or specific people on my team. It can even take payments for paid services.

It was time consuming and a bit confusing to set up the first time. A video tutorial would have been nice as there are so many different options that it can be a bit overwhelming to figure out how to use yourself for the first time.

Clients can schedule themselves and it cuts down on all the phone calls, texts, and e-mails back and forth. I like how it makes scheduling so much more efficient.

It's part ofOffice 360 Premium subscriptions. It is only accesible with internet, which is a downside for countries where it is not available or times when someone may not have the service.
I use it to schedule meetings with partners and other agents, it integrates perfectly with other software that I use.
I love that Microsoft Bookings makes it easy for me to set up interviews, appointments, and meetings with minimal effort on my part. I like that bookings show up directly in my calendar after their created.
The one thing I dislike about Bookings is the fact that you can't set multiple weeks at a time. For example, my availability changes every week. I don't always work the same days or times. When I set up a booking option for an interview with me, I need to create an option for each week which can occasionally be confusing for my interviewees when they attempt to book with me.
Bookings benefits me because it eliminated the back and forth via email to set up a time for appointments and interviews. I no longer waste time trying to figure out a day that works for both of us and instead makes it easy for the other party to see when I'm available and pick what day and time works best for them within that period.
Its is easy and user interface is easy to learn, it helps in scheduling appointment for the business and it helps us to calculate how much revenue we have made through such scheduled meetings and appointments
The only down side is it is not applicable for home user and it comes bundled with "for business" user only

Before MS Bookings, all appointments were made via phone or email, which made for a very clunky process and many mistakes.
I use Microsoft bookings for my computer store for customers to schedule appointments. it works great. The features are pretty basic, but gets the job done.
I would like the visuals of the app to look better. It looks cheap. I understand it is included with my office business subscription, but Microsoft could easily update the GUI to give it a more pleasing appearance.
The app benefits me by automating the appointment process. It takes a load off me when customers do not have to call they can just schedule online.

I love how easy it was to setup! It is one of the main reasons we switched over to Microsoft Teams! Bookings allowed us to maximize our license and move to Microsoft from Calendly.
It would be nice to receive a notification when someone cancels a meeting, or be notified in the calendar when they cancel. Right now the only way we are aware of for clients to cancel a meeting is to go into the invite and cancel on the web page.
We love having it included in our license and not having to pay for an additional service like Calendly. It also seamlessly connects with Microsoft Teams and our calendar, which makes its super user-friendly! We can also have multiple links for all the services and meetings with different team members.
