Application distribution, is easy with this product, along with setting and pushing out policies. It can do patch management too. I really like that easy at which you can create group and requirements to assign apps.

Imaging a computer and automatically installing apps by group, makes my life better.

Agent is a bit of a memory hog, The scripting options are a bit limited but we have made work around without to much trouble. I wish there was a non Linux option for imaging machines.

Make sure you have a accurate count of your PCs it will affect your cost. The initial cost is big but the automation will make much less work.

ZENworks automatically configures new updates and applications, and is a great computer systems management tool. It also works with multiple servers, desktops and tablets. Saves a lot of time and effort and specialized knowledge is built-in.

Nothing really. The product fits seamlessly in our system and has no substantial glitches.

Well worth it for the ease and speed.

We don't have to use IT time and effort to configure new applications when needed, or bring in outside experts for this.
