I couldn't believe how easy this platform was. I was excited when I was finally introduced to it. Not only did it save me so much time but it was pretty inexpensive, as well. Now, I'm able to execute all of my tasks on one easy platform!
I started using metricool in the free version and the most that caught my attention is all the features that it had in its free version. After getting to know the app better, I decided to switch to the paid version as I could offer my clients a White label report so that they could see the results in real numbers. The simplicity required to synchronize the web with Metricool and the quality of the reports was what made me switch to the paid version. And I do not regret it!
Things that I do not like, it is difficult to find any fault, but I would say add more social networks and synchronization with other apps such as Google sheet etc.
Customer service is a very good one, they solve me super fast. If you need to see the data of your campaigns from multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, GMB, Youtube, TikTok, Facebook ads and Google Ads, I recommend Metricool. And also it has a section to plan your publications on social media!
When I work with a client, I can sell an idea and a result in words, but the numbers are the ones that tell the truth. Being able to show the client the data of the campaigns is something that helps a lot to see if it works, improve and learn. And the reports are automatically sent to the client, so it's one less problem for me.
I bought this specifically for the Google Ads. When you log into the back end, it's great if you know where to go and what you are looking for, but if you need a quick overshot, Metricool offers that. Also, the ability to integrate multiple platforms and then print a report every quarter makes you look like a superstar.
When creating a Google Ads, I don't prefer to use this. Great for reporting, but in terms of creation and the doing a 'in-depth', Metricool is just tip of the surface. I didn't buy this tool to actually create ads, but a 'quick report' run for clients.
This might be a repeat for anyone who already has reporting. However, if you've been looking for 'easy button reporting' for Google Ads, then definitely consider this. Reports look great.
I like the type of reporting it runs. Instead of compiling screenshots at the end of the month, I just click the date range and create a report with all the platforms on it.

La interfaz para programar publicaciones es muy básica, cumple su función pero si la podrían mejorar, también las campañas estaría genial que permitiera seleccionar públicos creados desde el administrador de negocios de facebook, la promoción automática de publicaciones en facebook se realiza para el pais del cual tiene mas seguidores la pagina de negocio; no se puede elegir, ni segmentar.

Dentro de Metricool puedes trabajar con un perfil o página de Facebook, un perfil de Twitter, una cuenta de Instagram, una página de Linkedin, una cuenta de Facebook Ads, una de Google Ads, una ficha de Google My Business y la analítica de una web o blog, es una herramienta muy completa y se agradece. Hacerse usuario premium no supone un coste excesivo en comparación con otras herramientas. Lo que más me gusta de Metricool es que posee una interfaz muy intuitiva.
Que no incluya la red social Google+ puede ser una desventaja a medio o largo plazo.

I like the drag and drop planner and the fact you can preview your social posts. It is also handy you can tracks all your social accounts under one dashboard. Nice interface to show you the best time to post on each social account, just drag your post to the darker coloured areas. Their solution for posting on Instagram is straight forward too. The analytics do not give you any extra insight that you wouldn't already see from your dashboards within youtube, twitter etc. It is easy to switch around between the stats, which saves you having to load up the dashboard of each website.
Its definitely lacking features that some of the bigger social planning apps have. Here's what I would like to see implemented:
-ability to save preset hashtags so you can automatically add them to posts that you schedule in the planner
-preset time slots in your calendar that get automatically filled when you add new posts (like what buffer have)
-chrome extension similar to buffer would be good
It's a cheap alternative to the high end social planning apps. It does 90% of what you need from a social planner app for a much cheaper price. If you are just running a social accounts like me its hard to justify spending 30,40,50 dollars per month just to schedule some posts. Metricool is very good value for money considering with the EUR10 plan you can queue 2000 posts!
