Memberium helps us integrate our membership with Keep and WordPress. It creates a better membership experience on WordPress, allowing us to utilize our CRM tags through Keep. We use these tags the most to create the membership areas. The initial setup was easy for us.

Sometimes there's issues with the login screen, with cookies needing to be deleted.

It was a learning curve for me and I was on the helpline every other day. Their patience and willingness to help was incredible. I even received and email from them on Sunday when I didn't expect it until after the weekend. The person that I am in the most contact with is Malosav. He was always friendly and really goes the extra mile for me. I would recommend them to anyone, whether you are experienced or just learning like I was. He went into my site and fixed things for me did research about things I asked. I am impressed and I recommend them to anyone looking for their service. I find it now very easy to use but of course there was the learning it. I have been on the internet with a lot of new apps, programs and equipment, I have never before had this kind of support. I hope this helps anyone reading, I feel like I owe a lot to Malosav for all he did for me.

There is nothing I dislike about Memberium. Of course it took a while to learn to use the features as anything does when you first learn it, but now I find it easy to use and the support line is incredible so I am not worried even if i do have a problem Thanks guys for your support

it is running a membership site for me

I've used memberium for three websites since 2015. The most recent stocktradingpro.com. The ease of setup and integration with Keap/Infusionsoft make hosting my own member portal a breeze. The customer support, especially Milosav are always top notch. Allways reliable and always going the extra mile to make sure my problem was solved or question answered.

I can't recommend Memberium enough.

The ease of use for the plugin is super simple. But it's not ready out of the box. I'd suggest planning out your membership site before you begin building membership levels.

I've been interacting with a few different software support teams lately and Memberium was the most helpful in a timely manner - quick to respond, clear and knowledgeable even with a challenge they hadn't dealt with before. Thank you!

No downsides to note yet. I appreciate the simplicity of the software and its integration with ActiveCampaign.

Easy to setup and use. If not - Support is always fast, helpful and friendly. Even if i behave like a little child that has no clue what they are talking about :)

Only downside for us (and that doesnt have to be true for you) is that we simply dont need all the features, membership roles etc. Somehow feels a bit too "heavy" if we use it for tag management only

Ben Denny has just been the absolute best to work with. He is passionate about taking care of us and helping us to get the results that we are looking for. When we come to him with a question about trying to figure something out, he makes sure that we get done what we came to him for. I use Memberium every day. It makes offering a professional and sophisticated membership site easy. And it fully integrates Keap. I especially appreciate their training articles and their technical support. Whenever I need help, they are right there.
