MemberHub is Easy, Helpful and Transparent

What do you like best about MemberHub?

This is such an excellent tool for childcare companies and parents. It makes it so simple to get information out to many people at once, and keep everyone informed.

What do you dislike about MemberHub?

I love it! I can't think of anything I dislike about MemberHub

Communication with large groups to share updates and noteworthy information

Great Tool for PTAs

What do you like best about MemberHub?

I love all of the members are listed together. I love that I can pay my dues to state and national so easily and it knows how much I owe. I love the payments can be taken online and transferred to my bank. I also love that there are detailed reports.

What do you dislike about MemberHub?

I do wish the reports were more able to be sorted and organized. When we have a lot of orders in a short time from different budget categories, it can be confusing.

Recommendations to others considering MemberHub?

Make sure you want to do things digitally and that your members are comfortable with that as well.

What problems is MemberHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problems we are solving with MemberHub are membership, finances, communication and fundraising.

Great way to get information out to multiple people at once. Great way to keep parents informed and communicate effectively.

What do you dislike about MemberHub?

I have not had any dislikes with this software. It has met all of my needs.

Recommendations to others considering MemberHub?

Great software that is very easy to use. Ability to notify multiple people at once, add events to the calendar, upload files such as newsletters, etc.

What problems is MemberHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have not experienced any problems. Benefits are ease of use, convenience, design.

Ease of use. Great software for childcare companies, as well as parents. Great way to get information out to a group of people.

When users become inactive, I am the only one authorized to reactivate them and put them back in the system.

Great software to use in the childcare industry. Great way to send out information to a large group at once.
