Ease of access from various devices, the ability to communicate with staff and clients and the various information pertaining to fitness programs and nutrition plans that are available for clients to access.

There is no alert to any staff member when any adjustments to your schedule is made. For example, a GM books a session with a trainer for 8AM the following day and the trainer has already left for the evening - there is no alert to the trainer that he / she now has an 8AM appt. In my experience, it has caused a huge amount of trainer / client / sales employee issues, and ultimately leaves the client with a poor image of the gym.

The system is easy to use and visually appealing. It is simple to keep track of appointments and reminders for when clients need to pay again are helpful.
