This product can be difficult or unhelpful for clients who have providers who do not use this system.

This system works very well and I haven't encountered any problem with it.

Very easy to navigate, easy to learn how to use, customer service is always very helpful

.Being able to do batch insurance elegibility checks

I can't really think of anything, there is nothing that I really dislike about it!
