I am once again writing this review to explain how bad this medical practice is they have a very serious issue with practice and so-called do-it-yourself service for a start if you need a GP you can not get access to especially if you are with a serious medical condition, you can not make a simple appointment to see a GP face to face, besides to make an appointment one has to call at 8 am or 2 pm and then you hold for hours then you get told all slot has been book for it today then you have to do same again next day and keep repeating like this then at the time of phone appointments if you they get a call and not answer or if you are on the phone then no way you can call back that is a second issue with this practice it is one of the worse medical services that is ever known so I have complained to NHS many times and but no one has done anything about it and if you complaint to them in email they never respond so I am forced to send this review
