What do you like best about MediaMonitors?
What I like best about MediaMonitors is the visibility and credibility it provides for advertisers. Being able to track when and how often spots air gives both sales teams and clients confidence that campaigns are delivering as promised. The reporting is straightforward and easy to share, which makes post‑buy recaps, performance discussions, and renewals much smoother. MediaMonitors also helps uncover category and competitive insights, allowing me to have more informed, strategic conversations with advertisers.
What do you dislike about MediaMonitors?
What I dislike about MediaMonitors is that the platform can feel dated and less intuitive than other analytics tools. Navigating reports and pulling specific data often requires extra steps, which can be time‑consuming when working on tight deadlines. Occasional delays in data availability can also make real‑time conversations with clients more challenging. Improvements to the user interface and faster, more flexible reporting would make it an even more effective tool for sales teams.

MediaMonitors solves the problem of ad accountability and transparency. It provides verification that commercials are airing as scheduled, which benefits both sales teams and advertisers. This allows me to confidently confirm delivery, support post‑buy analysis, and address any client questions with concrete data. Media Monitors - what stations advertisers are on and their revenue share per station
What do you like best about MediaMonitors?
It is almost real-time, it takes less than two hours to see what advertisers advertised in a TV program. Also it's so useful to see commercials.
What do you dislike about MediaMonitors?
Rarely an account may be missing or reporting the wrong revenue and share

Media Monitors is the perfect tool for prospecting. The benefit is finding competitors advertisers on TV, Radio, Internet and Cable and also the ability to download the video commercials.

Great Product For Prospecting
What do you like best about MediaMonitors?
Being able to view/listen to the spots of advertisers and learn where and when and how much they spend on competitors.
What do you dislike about MediaMonitors?
It takes a little while to get up to speed and get comfortable using.

There isn't much about it I don't like. They always answer my questions.

This is a very user friendly system and they have my favorite customer support team. They will walk you thru ANYTHING and do it multiple times with a smile in their voice.

Easy Technology to Deep-Dive into Airing Analysis
What do you like best about MediaMonitors?
I love how simple this application makes the process of spot analysis. The organization within the application is simple and easy to understand and I love the vast array of reports I'm able to pull. I love being able to pull a list of all airings from my advertisers and my competitors. It gives me great insight into the ad duration they're running, the dayparts they might be buying and the media spend trends over the course of the year. It has really helped us to grow our business and identify ways to improve our own performance. It also gives us a great idea mid-month as to how much stations are clearing our orders since we don't receive postlogs until the end of the month.
What do you dislike about MediaMonitors?
Sometimes reports do take awhile to run and you have to wait multiple minutes (though you can still navigate the site during this time) for the export to appear. This can be a little clunky sometimes and seems to be present even when I'm pulling relatively small data sets.
Recommendations to others considering MediaMonitors?
As long as you can spare a minute or two for report generation, I think this is a great tool to assist with media analysis.
What problems is MediaMonitors solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to increase advertiser budgets by large percentages because we're now able to better identify what strategies others are using and use them ourselves. We enjoy having the mid-month visibility too and has helped us make informed decisions about media before the month is even over.

User-friendly Radio Ad Analysis
What do you like best about MediaMonitors?
I love how many different reports are available through MediaMonitors and how easy they make it to scan the airways in a variety of ways to display airings and spots. They utilize a variety of means to ensure the tapes you send them are monitored accurately and your spots are tracked. We love the ability this gives us to assess early performance of our various ads and the ability to make changes to our ads on a faster timeline.
What do you dislike about MediaMonitors?
Occasionally their will have trouble tracking our tapes and we often won't know until a couple days into our advertising cycle. After we point it out, they are always quick to react and get things corrected for us, allowing our reporting to catch up.
Recommendations to others considering MediaMonitors?
If you need help understanding station clearance on a more real-time basis, this tool is your answer.
What problems is MediaMonitors solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than waiting for postlogs from stations at the end of the month, we're able to assess mid-month how many times the stations have cleared our spots. This helps paint a picture mid-month on how our ads are doing which is invaluable as we constantly strive to improve ads based on this feedback.

What do you like best about MediaMonitors?
What i like most about MediaMonitors is the realtime visibility into advertising activity and competitor campaigns. The platform makes ut much easier to track when commercials air,monitor market trends and generate reports for internal analysis or client discussions.
What do you dislike about MediaMonitors?
The reporting tools are also very useful because they help simplify the campaign tracking and provide insights that support strategic decisions.
Recommendations to others considering MediaMonitors?
What i dislike is that some parts of interface feel slightly dated and report generation can ocassionaly take longer with karger datasets. Navigation and workflow simplicity could also be improved a bit.

It helps solve the challenge of manually tracking advertisements activity and media coverage across multiple channels.
