It is very helpful when it comes to verifying patient demographics and clinical workflow.

None so far, its an easy tool you can get learn using in just hours.

It helped us with our rapid data entry and an immediate access to all history related content and quick summaries of critical clinical results that helped us to be more efficient in disease management decisions.

I like being able to retrieve the medicine from pharmacy while proceeding to testing. It serves as an imprortant dual fuction and is very efficient as it saves the patient and technician time in the exam.

Sometimes the system has a hard time maintaining the information and shuts down, deleting new information. However,it may not be due to the functionality of the program but of the computer processing or security software.

Unknown business aspect on the technician side of software. Very convient when working with a patient.

Hot keys to quickly look at trend of visual acuity, IOP; also quick to access faxed/scanned documents. Easy to create templates for "normal" findings.

Cumbersome to switch between screens. Hate the new medication prescribing interface.

It satisfies medicare requirement for using EHRs. Also allows me to communicate with other providers and document/store my findings.

it lacks certain features and will take time to expand. billing, cpt codes automatically input etc.

I had a really easy time learning to navigate this system. It looks ancient but overall it’s very user friendly.

The design looks like it is from the 1980’s. It doesn’t present anything that we can promote to patients either. This isn’t a software that keeps up with the times.

I’d reconsider. Based on their lack of upgrades I’d say they aren’t exactly keeping up with the latest and greatest. We need to continue to move forward as patients become more informed.

Obviously this is solving the issue of paper vs. electronic medical records. The benefit being a more reliable hard copy and allows you to share information easier.

This EHR platform provides for all areas of our practice. Meaning, we do not have to use various EHR platforms for our different departments across our 11 offices.

I hear that this used to be a good platform. I have been an admin of the system for about 10 months and I do not like the platform. It is very outdated. All of our staff hates it and says it is slow. We have frequent issues that we have to contact support about...but you usually do not get a response back from support. The inside technical support reps have personally told me they are overloaded and cannot support the amount of tickets being opened. I have literally opened tickets and NEVER get a call back. Or, it is weeks before someone reaches out. If you wait long enough on the phone to actually speak with someone, they just open a ticket and tell you someone will call you back....but they cannot tell you when. Support is horrible.

Be careful of this product. I have received terrible support from them. Long delays in resolutions.

It provides an EHR platform for all our departments, for all our offices.

I like the colors that medflow have. but honestly that is about it

I dislike the amount of clicks and screens we have to use for medflow.

I would not recommend you use medflow.
