Mechanic advisor is a great platform to connect with your client. It has a listing feature which allows user to choose from a lot of options when it comes to searching for vehicle repairs.
Nothing to dislike as of now. The web and mobile application works well.
Earlier it was tough to find good options when it can to market you vehicle repair services. This platform has made the work more productive and has increased the performance.
It's so easy to search for solutions and find correct solutions to fix vehicles. You are able to click through and find what is wrong with the vehicle and refine your search easily.
If it's a vague issue you may get a lot of search results back and it may not narrow your problem down. You need to be as specific as possible or you won't get the results you want.
We have been needing to find solutions for a 2013 Ford Fusion and using mechanic advisor has allowed us to search for solutions to fix the vehicle accurately and appropriately
I like how they provide the list and the features to communicate with customers. I have never seen a shop here in the local area that runs through this automation, and it's indeed great to have so much automation with less cost.
Nothing as such because its been a shorter time to use it but can tell that there is a room to improve the graphics a bit and maybe increasing the customer directory is good but need to see that it doesn't become a service like yellow pages.
Its benefitting overall in every aspect, right from when a customer comes to the delivery of the product and the after-sales service provided by the company. Even the end customers would find it easier to manage their vehicles on time because they have someone to remind them. Usually, most cars lag good maintenance, which can be solved by introducing mechanic advisor.
the main feature that i liked about mechanic advisor is connecting people to their car/or any other vehicles repair - so that we can get things done by a single app
the idea here is great but the user interaction on the app should be simplified ( user friendly) - like what product you want and what is the exact price of it - what will be the labour cost including all tax -

The best thing I like about mechanic advisor is e-mail marketing and text messaging
As of now I have not faced any issues with mechanic advisor
Performance tracking and search engine optimization
I love their "Find The Right Mechanic" feature. It allows you to search your local area for mechanic options and provides reviews of the mechanic shops. They also show coupon offers that are near you when you search for mechanic options. They also have the program as a mobile app as well as a website. You can directly interact with your mechanic working on your vehicle through the mobile app sending pictures and getting updates.
I dislike how new the app/program is. There is not a plethora of reviews yet, and the mechanics haven't all claimed their shops on the program.
I think it is putting the necessary information for a customer to find a mechanic they can trust in their hands. I also think they are creating an easier way for the customer and mechanic to communicate back and forth with each other.
Well, the best part of MechanicAdvisor is how it helps us connect and create a network, which helps during difficult times and maintains our vehicle with regular reminders and checks.
There are more than 5000 shops & mechanics which are certified. However, choosing from the vast list will be confusing and complicated. Instead, you can have prime certified service providers whom we can pick and opt for the service.
Since vehicles travel from one place to another, we can't have a mechanic in our cars all the time. Our car can break down at any time, anywhere. It's beneficial to have a network to connect to during an emergency. Not only that, but it also helps to diagnose and remind the scheduled repair timely.
It's great being able to utilize this site to find mechanics that are nearby, along with any deals that they have going on. It's always nice to save money by doing a little bit of research ahead of time.
The only issue that I seem to have is it can be hard to find a mechanic in small locations. It would be awesome if at least they show up in the search even if they have no deals available.
MechanicAdvisor is filling in to connect shops with potential customers. It also looks like they have great features for the shop that can keep us customers engaged and informed along the way, which is extremely nice.

Sometimes the messages are hard to clear out without individually selecting on each one.
