What do you like best about MDoffice?
That it's set up to be a no fail system. You start at the top and go down page you hit every mark needed and diagnosis and codes for you.
What do you dislike about MDoffice?
The way the addendum was set up, it should allow you to put it in the section it would go if in original and read addendum
What problems is MDoffice solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meaningful use is being solved for the company. Reimbursements may b greater because the record is more accurate.

Extremely Easy To Use
What do you like best about MDoffice?
MDOffice is extremely easy to use and can be used in multiple departments. It can be used for billing and also to make appointments.
What do you dislike about MDoffice?
Sometimes searching doesn’t work properly. A patient’s name might not come up even if their name was inputed correctly.
What problems is MDoffice solving and how is that benefiting you?
Appointments are inputted so that anyone can see from any computer they are using. It is also very easy to find information on a patient when needed in an orderly fashion.

What do you like best about MDoffice?
It sort of does what it's supposed to do.
What do you dislike about MDoffice?
There aren't enough words. The VAR is bad.
What problems is MDoffice solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our office is ophthalmology/optometry. Everything administrative is a nightmare. We haven't had improved productivity, and MDO doesn't work well with our EMR. Because of interface shortcomings, this hasn't helped our business at all.
