The loan officer is one of the best applications for online loan review and approval tool. The user interface is smooth and straightforward. They also provide software updates time-to-time.

Although, all the features work perfectly. The application filter is not as smooth as it should sometimes; it hangs, and I have to restart it repeatedly. I think they will solve this with future updates.

Current system is getting a bit dated, however, they are releasing their 'Next Gen' platform and it's going to be a game-changer for custom application workflows!

Not really a downside of Maxwell, they are adding upgrades as quickly as they are able. Trying to align our organizational readiness to the upgrades is challenging but as everyone is patient, great things transpire.

Utilizing this product provided greater insight into customer usage, the ability to live chat and the ease of uploading documents into the secure site has truly been a gamechanger overall. Our online applications have improved with the intuitive nature of the design and as we add more products, the benefits continue to expand.

Maxwell makes it easy to manage documentation related to loan applications which in turn makes it easy to do due diligence all in a sigle platform. Applications can also be reviewed and documents updated in real time.

Other than Maxwell lagging ocassionally, have no issues with it.
