The hands on support and help especially while new to platform

Working with a ton of influencers at once!

I've been working with Mavrck for the almost three years or so and have greatly appreciated their strategic recommendations for growing our influencer program. The past few months they have set up several calls to ensure my team is able to optimize their platform to the best of our abilities as well as a calls to further understand our pain points so Mavrck team can find workarounds. I appreicate their dedication to staying on top of the everchanging landscape of this industry and providing solutions for new trends in such a timely manner. We are so glad to have this partnership.

The tool itself does take a little bit of time to learn but one training with the mavrck team really expedites the learning curve.

We utilize Mavrck for our influencer program (mostly across Instagram and now integrating TikTok) to not only get great reach and impressions from our influencers but also create UGC that our brand can utilize across channels as well.

Mavrck is intuitive to use, so even someone new to influencer marketing can pick up the system quickly and easily. Honestly, just by exploring the platform, you can learn some best practices for how to approach your organization's influencer marketing plans. When you do run into a question or concern, the support team is responsive and great at explaining anything you might need.

I think the messaging functionality of the platform could be improved a bit. It's not bad, but there were times when it was frustrating that I could not use templated emails set up in one campaign in another campaign without manually copying it over. That's really my only complaint.

We needed an easy-to-use, full-service platform to launch our influencer marketing efforts because we have a small staff and limited experience in that type of marketing. Mavrck helped us get our program rolling, and we've enjoyed how easy it's been to start testing how our company can do more with influencers.

I love that the tool keeps all the information in one place, including past partnerships. The search functionality is helpful, too.

Sometimes the content review process can be challenging and messy, especially when trying to share with colleagues outside of Mavrck.

Mavrck allows us to find the best influencer partners in our network and easily contract with them, while streamlining all communication in one place.

It is hard to find a tool that manages everything well but Mavrck has been the best solution we've found in the market.

Would love greater access to data and data customization options

Being able to simultaneously run 15+ campaigns in one place has made our agency SO much more efficient. Plus knowing that the creators on the platform actually OPTED-IN and are not just email addresses scraped from the internet has given us SUCH a better response and return on all of our campaigns.

Like every software, there are glitches sometimes which can slow things down. Other than that though no real complaints. Tech and customer support are top notch any time we run into an issue.

We run multiple campaigns for multiple clients and keeping them all straight with Google Forms was nearly impossible. Choosing MAVRCK for our influencer campaign platform was one of the best business decisions we ever made.

If you have a lot of campaigns you want to run, are a business who has multiple brands, this is the best tool to use.

The in-depth insights and analytics provided help ensure we’re vetting and hiring appropriate influencers, and the campaign dashboards help ensure we’re tracking for our goals and give our clients a sense of ease & control in the campaign. We’ve seen awesome success and content creation from campaigns since using Mavrck and I’m excited to see what else is in store! They also are really great about taking our feedback and implementing new things based on feedback.

I think their reporting could get a little more accurate, but other than that I have no complaints!

Ease of vetting and hiring a diversity of influencers, as well as a seamless client approval process. The new draft review process has been super helpful as wekk!
