Good software
What do you like best about MasterView?
I like that MasterView is one software that has all of our accounts in one place. It is very easy to use. Not too many confusing line items
What do you dislike about MasterView?
I do not like that it has to be attached with our other system SAGE. It would be nice to just have it all on one.
What problems is MasterView solving and how is that benefiting you?
MasterView lets us see all our customers in one place. Including different locations that are under one bigger entity.

Project and event reporting simplified!
What do you like best about MasterView?
It's very easy to filter through reports, and you can see things via graphs for quick snapshots
What do you dislike about MasterView?
It's extremely slow. And if you don't go back a screen using the right functions, it can kick you back to the main screen. Needs some user tweaks.
What problems is MasterView solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking for opportunities in event execution and reporting. I've discovered that we aren't getting enough pictures from events.

What do you like best about MasterView?
That is it easy to self teach oneself and therefore easy to teach others.
What do you dislike about MasterView?
The graphics and colors could be more soothing. I feel that when the graphics are more soothing is less stress on the brain.
What problems is MasterView solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am still experimenting with it, so yet to be determined. I would say that the initial font sizes should be adjustable starting with a larger font when you you initially begin with this and then being able to adjust it up or down.
