What do you like best about MasterControl Quality Management System?We are in the life sciences industry and everything needs to be documented accordingly. I like the support we receive from MasterControl. We have a technical account manager we meet with to go over our issues, and there's access to endless courses and documentation, webinars, a testing site, and a customer service rep. It feels like someone is always there to help us. I also find the system easy to use, and I appreciate having everything in one spot.What do you dislike about MasterControl Quality Management System?Right now we're dealing with some issues due to the functionality not existing yet. In AQEM, there are a few headaches: I cannot format the text being inserted into the forms, I can't update the form titles, and extension requests get sent to notifications instead of being its own task. Plus, there's no out of office functionality. In QX, while the audit module seemed promising in theory, we experienced a lot of bugs and defects associated with it and its complexity, so we opted to find a workaround and use that instead.What problems is MasterControl Quality Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?I find it organizes my documents, manages our suppliers and their status, tracks qualified products based on the market, and documents our quality events and changes. I also appreciate the dedicated training system.

What do you like best about MasterControl Quality Management System?I like their FBS forms for Deviation, CAPA, and other quality events because they help us with step-by-step information filling, which is approved by FDA and helpful during audits. The initial setup was easy, and 250-300 people are currently using it. I would rate it 10/10.What do you dislike about MasterControl Quality Management System?I feel like their publishing queue needs improvement because sometimes it takes time. Also, the publishing queue can change the formatting or it might not publish correctly, which is frustrating.What problems is MasterControl Quality Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?MasterControl Quality Management System streamlines our processes, ensures compliance, and aids in document and training approvals.

What do you like best about MasterControl Quality Management System?Fully validated, compliant eQMS. Easy to use for document control, training, and AQEM. Ability to link documents makes for fast reference. Customer service is usually very quick and helpful in resolving issues.What do you dislike about MasterControl Quality Management System?Very expensive for small businesses. Cost makes most modules out of reach for startups. AQEM has issues that need to be addressed.What problems is MasterControl Quality Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?Maintaining compliance with validated system. Document control, AQEM.

What do you like best about MasterControl Quality Management System?I like the resources that MasterControl provides for its SysAdmins. MasterControl has an easy-to-use interface and is well organized, which makes it straightforward to navigate and manage day to day tasks.What do you dislike about MasterControl Quality Management System?There’s currently no way to link job codes as prerequisites. I’d also like an option to view user profiles under different roles and access levels, so it’s easier to understand what each type of user can see and do.What problems is MasterControl Quality Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?MasterControl's QMS helps keep my company organized when it comes to tracking training and managing document revisions. It benefits us by enabling cross-functional teams to work together and collaborate smoothly on documents. Overall, MasterControl helps us stay compliant with regulations.
