What do you like best about MasterControl Documents?
Complete and straight forward in providing the most important details of the topic. But I like that its directly integrated to my Okta.

Ease of accessibility

MastControl documents put the company resources in an easy to locate data file where I can sign and reference documents at any time that are required by my company.

The document disclosure page could use an upgrade in appearance. But not all business documents are ment to look appealing.

No need to click alot of bottons as it easily directs you to the materials User friendly

Very user friendly. you can easliy use the platform. Easy to navigate as everything you need is already there

Simple to understand UI. Email confirmation for proof of completion.

Sometimes things wont load and have to logout and login or just restart browser for media to appear.

MasterControl has all the key elements for a document management system.

The search function and reporting tool need improvement. The layout/interface could look cleaner/more intuitive. One frustration I have is that there are several icons that mean the same thing, or similar looking icons that mean different things.
