The team’s get-it-done spirit, and the platform’s all-in-one solutions for e-commerce brands under one umbrella. Super fast team with a really strong customer-first focus. The tool has led us to uninstall other apps since it offers solutions for - merchandising, leads, intent-based nudges, and bundling in one place.

So far, there's been no downsides to using Mason.

Mason's playbooks are so easy to execute.

As such nothing but i think they should work on little bit of UI / UX

Mason is helping with lots of D2C UX use case and their automation. Like Bestseller, Out of stock, Limited stock kind of tags on product cards. Automation of sale widgets, Bestseller widgets.

Creating a quiz, and spinning a wheel for promoting products and discounts.

Mason is a SaaS application that requires no coding and allows for the middleware-like storing of dynamic data. Mason Toolkit allows us to link corporate systems for continuous platform use.

Nothing is disliked. But it can only be utilized with dynamic sources. It is entirely flexible, and customization is somewhat challenging on another side. This tools done my help

Mason is a no code SaaS application it enables dynamic data storage and it acts as a middleware for that. With mason toolkit we can connect business system for uninterrupted usage of platform .

Compatibility is not that great, it can be used only for dynamic sources. It's completely agile and customisation is little difficult

No qualms as of now. We have recently transitioned from another provider to Mason, so might need more time to judge long term performance but looks good for now .

We're a small team with no strong developer capabilities. Mason makes it very easy for us to adapt our website's UX to increase the probability of conversion without needing a web developer.

More explicit reporting to see the results of each playbook will be a great upgrade!

Mason is great at conceptualising strategies for every aspect of our D2C web store! Ranging from PDPs to pricing, the whole nine yards. The team at Mason are thought leaders and that keeps them at my side throughout my Shopify journey.

Several strategies we execute are intangible, so to understand their true value, we must create a mechanism to track every activity we do together.

The core tenet is conversions; they help us build and optimise our conversion funnel. We have an extremely large add-to-cart ratio, but that doesn't trickle down onto our actual conversions. Mason is supporting us in converting the traffic landing on our site.
