E-Commerce is the wild west, and having Marqvision's services really helps us maintain our brand's presence online. With more and more marketplaces available to customers (Amazon, Walmart, Tiktok Shop, Temu, etc) - the landscape of potential risks continues to increase. I really like Marqvision's simple approach - their system identifies infringements of your name, images, or other branded content, and then it gives you the ability to enforce or dismiss anything you'd like. We've taken advantage of manual review, as well as automated removals of known bad actors.

Integration was simple, they automatically pulled approved content from our own website as well as our Amazon listings. Everything is available on a very simple dashboard, so when it comes time to use the platform, it's quick and easy for the user.

Our MarqVision team has been incredibly supportive and always available to answer questions. They provide valuable assistance in reporting and removing counterfeit listings across marketplaces, social media platforms, and websites. I wouldn't say there is necessarily a dislike with MarqVision. The goal is to always report and remove the counterfeit listings/websites as soon as possible and sometimes it takes longer for those listings and sites to come down.

MarqVision is assisting with the reporting and removal of counterfeit posts/listings across various marketplaces/websites. We are a small business and there is no way we could find all of the counterfeit listings without the support of MarqVision.

That is difficult to answer. The price point is a sacrifice for my small business, but MarqVision has worked with me to ensure that they have a level of support that will fit my budget. The value of what they are offering is phenomenal.

Considering the user's convenience greatly, reporting is easy and quick. Additionally, measures following infringements are well communicated, and aftercare services for clients are regularly conducted, continuously revising effective response strategies.

The cost aspect can be somewhat burdensome. If the brand is not large, its use may be somewhat limited.

There are clear benefits in cases of unauthorized brand sales or trademark infringement. Additionally, it is also usefully referenced for detecting overseas channels where sales are occurring or for monitoring minimum price violations.

The downside of using Marqvision is the same as using any other provider in the same field - budget. The service comes with a monetary cost.
