Market Dojo is a great tool for starting the eSourcing process or enhancing what you have. Events/projects are very simple to build and easy on the suppliers. The on-demand pricing model is very attractive to get internal buy-in.

There is very little unless you want complex, heavy tools that will cost much more from a S2P provider. The tool does not have advanced optimization and scenario building, but exportation to Excel can get around most of those issues.

Multiple sourcing event types and execution of cost reduction allow users to build automation of the sourcing process and greater efficiency.

The team and concepts behind Market DoJo are what I like best. They listened to us and then provided a flexible and simple to use solution providing a set of Procurement tools at a cost that did'nt break the bank and in a timescale of a few months which enabled us to meet ISO audit expecations.

The dislikes are mininmal. The refresh rate when looking or searching for information can be slow as our database has grown. The message facilty within the tool feels limited in use and sometimes features do not work with our corporate version of MS Explorer.

The initial pobelm solved for us was to effectively gain control over the ever expanding complexity and digitisation of Supplier Onboarding whilst at the same time eliminating the need for sahred ffolders, spreadsheets, email and paper. Next we want to boost the adoption of Market DoJo by the buyers to aquire supplier quotes and run more RFx events.

The platform works very well for what we use it for, both the Market Dojo and the SIM Dojo. We have not had any failures or errors in the platform which is obviously a good thing - I have a lot of confidence it can handle everything I through at it. Creating and running events is reasonably straight forward as is managing suppliers.

There's some restrictions in how Events are configured that aren't ideal and some times confusing. There's issues are small though and the team are usually pretty receptive to feedback and can help resolve any issues I have.

We are creating a market place in an industry that has not previously had one and Market Dojo has allowed us to do that without building our own software. Very good.
