It is the best Maplytics solution for Dynamics 365 CRM - bar none.

Not sure there is anything I can point to.

The core issue of mapping our business data. It does this extremely well - and the support is outstanding.

Ease of use, connection with CE, configuration, and support.

Little slower at times and doesn't accept large shp files for upload.

Using it for customer and prospect geocoding and it works great for sales users on road

Mapping our Dynamics CRM System Views is super helpful. It allows us to quickly see where our distributors are located, and it also allows us to plot a radius around a specific location to pinpoint the closest distributor.

So far, I haven’t found anything I dislike about the program. It works perfectly for our needs and does exactly what we were looking for.

Maplytics allows our Customer Service team the ability to answer incoming phone calls and quickly locate the customer's closest distributor.

Maplytics is easy to use with many different tools. It makes it easy to plan routes to make customer visits as efficient as possible. The Maplytics team is very knowledgeable and was able to help us integrate their solution with our CRM in no time.

So far we have not found anything we do not like about Maplytics.

Easy route planning and visualization for fast and efficient customer visits.

Maplytics integrates well into Dynamics 365 and is largely intuitive to use. The map-based visualization of CRM data adds genuine value for territory planning and customer analysis. The support team was responsive and helpful when we had questions during setup.

Documentation could be more detailed in certain areas, but overall it is manageable.

We use Maplytics to visualize account data geographically within Dynamics 365. This helps us identify regional patterns and plan field sales activities more efficiently without leaving the CRM environment.

I really like how Maplytics integrates with our Dynamics CRM environment. My favorite feature is the ability to create routes ahead of time and save them for future dates. It's been very helpful, especially since we've struggled to pinpoint where our customers are and plan trips for our salesmen. Now we can plan a trip, save it, and take it later. The setup was made very easy by the team, who provided one-on-one setup and training, which was very helpful.
