Excellent customer service from Nicholas

What do you like best about Mapline?

I imagine that the product is exceptionally easy to use for people using USA maps. However, I am using maps from the UK Regions - and the repository is not quite ideal for my needs.

However, Nicholas has provided excellent customer service, and I am almost in a position to have my maps in the exact specifications that I require them. This massively help my work, as I will be able to present wonderfully formatted and accurate maps - in a short amount of time.

Simple mapping software.

What do you like best about Mapline?

We use this product to map our clients with our partner companies across the country. We're able to pull data and copy/paste it into the program to create simple data sets that allow us to quickly and easily determine the closest partner for our client.

What do you dislike about Mapline?

Some recent updates have made it difficult to read necessary information from a data point.

Recommendations to others considering Mapline?

Great product but needs to reinstate some of the previous features to achieve maximum potential.

What problems is Mapline solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy tracking and planning, previously allowed us to skip having to look up each provider in a separate database for additional information. Hoping the next update will bring back that feature.

Great for Map Creation

What do you like best about Mapline?

I love that there is an Excel Add-In so that you can link maps created in Mapline to spreadsheets in your workbook and have your Maps update just by clicking a button in Excel. It was extremely easy to install the Excel Add-In and it wasn't ever something I just stumbled upon. I was made aware of the feature from the very beginning and began using it day one.

What do you dislike about Mapline?

I thought it was a little difficult to get custom colors added to regions of my maps, but I reached out to customer service and they helped me through it. I also dislike that there isn't as phone number for support. You have to e-mail and wait.

Recommendations to others considering Mapline?

This is the first time the company I work for is seeing something like this. I am easily able to show them, visually on a map, a number of things, such as where the majority of guests are coming from for our signature events. This is allowing us to make decisions on where our events should be located, should we decide to change venues.

Mapline has Great Customer Support

What are the best aspects of this product?

The user support of Mapline is largely professional and helpful. For example, Mapline is an app that works best for USA maps, but users who have UK maps may experience problems with it. I’m on the latter case, but a professional customer support staff has helped me tweak my maps the way I need it. This lets me come up with a perfect map right away, which is a big help for my presentation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The map resource has some discrepancies in the UK Region. Northern Ireland is clearly missing. Yes, you can do some tweaks and put Northern Ireland in it, but it would look odd in the middle of the map. The shoreline is located far out into the sea, instead of where it should supposed to be.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has helped me come up with a map ready for presentation in a short time, especially with some guides from professional user support. Yes, Mapline is easy for USA map users, but it has some flaws for those with a UK map. Northern Ireland is missing, although you can easily add it yet with some border discrepancies.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This platform makes it easier for us to connect clients to our partners anywhere. We only need to paste external data to its interface, then it instantly yields helpful results. This is how we find nearest partner companies for our clients to connect with.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are updates that make the software somehow difficult to use. For example, some make important details hard to read on their interface.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Mapline helps in making planning and tracking processes easier. In its previous version, we don’t have to use different databases when checking each provider. This helps us a lot in knowing their details conveniently. We hope such a function would be back on future versions.
