Live tracking of shipment should be accurate. Also, there should be proper update on storage which is missing as of now. Customer service can be improved compared to what is currently providing

License costs are high compare to it's competetors.

Support costs are huge for each enhancement or new feature request.

If your business is growing and you wish to keep up with the supply chain standards, I would highly recommend Manhattan WMS as your go-to WMS system.

Shipping more parcels per day compare to the older WM system that we use

Since this program is so large, wish there was more access to classroom teachings

Invest time and money is hiring a Manhattan WM subject expert to help explain the program to the supervisors that would be primary using the program

1 use I use is the labor management service within Manhattan WM. This has helped increase productivity throughout my shift

I love how easy it is to navigate between the different tabs, through the open windows option.

I dislike how small everything seems on the screen through Manhattan.

We use it to set up appointments, build trucks, maintain a graphical yard, trailer activity on and off our yard.

It's fairly easy to navigate. We've had this system for about 5 years now, and while the upgrades don't always work correctly, I would still recommend it.

It is very slow with loading the information you are looking for.

I"m able to easily see when stock is brought into the warehouse and whether it's been received into the other systems we use.

Nice program that's not too overwhelming and easy to navigate and work with.

Sometimes it freezes or resets and logs you out and have to log in again.
