I have used Manhattan for a handful of customers (Ahold-Delhaize, Blue Buffalo, T. Marzetti, and GNC). They are by far one of the easiest integrated TMS systems. We have recently moved to EDI and the flow of information has been seamless and happens in real time. Once something is updated in one system it updates both ends cutting down on redundant communication.

For certain customers it can be relatively slow, not sure if this is a broadband issue or software issue. Additionally, it would be nice if we could search by load number rather than having to search each page individually.

Lastly, it would be nice if there is a way to see any changes that happen by either carrier or customer and be able to add accessorials into rates to cross reference on the back end.

This by far is one of the most user friendly TMS's I have encountered. It also has not caused any issues integrating to our system (aljex) either.

Rather than having individual tenders sent over by customers, many of which could be missed by customer or carrier, we have everything on one page which provides overall clarity on what we have for any given day or week.

You can post loads available and also pick loads up. You don't have to come back empty!

Nothing- really great platform. The only thing to change maybe would make it a little more appealing to the eye but it gets the job done

Make sure to train your employee(e) to utilize this to its fullest

We had loads we couldnt pick up so we utilized this to get them assigned to carriers

You can pretty much never come back empty with a truck if you use this. I used this to fill up empty loads coming back from our customer deliveries

It was a little hard to navigate without proper training. Uou definitely need someone to show you the ins and outs

We kept getting empty trucks coming back which didnt make us money so this system allowed us to located trucks and make the center money

You can find all the needed information in just 2 or 3 clicks and didn't require to much learning to be able to manage the tool and provide accurate information when is required,

There are not so far any part that I would say that i didn't like, this is more personal but have the chance to personalize a little bit more the tool will be fantastic.

When i'm working to confirm a number for an appointment for a load that we are working or when we need to submit a compensation request is very helpful and we can use that with different clients

I have personal Warehouse softwares from a long time but this software is very efficient and useful

I don't dislike any major thing about it

It helps to keep track of all the status of the orders and shipments very well

The ability to update and structure the tables to allow for the best optimization for each application. I also liked the way the company was willing to identify the specific needs you had and cater to them if possible.

Sometimes when you make changes to the tables resetting the system could be a slow process and cause too much down time. It would be nice to be able to program it to reset in the middle of slow times.

The product is the best I have worked with and the support you are offered is superior. The company is really willing to work to meet the needs of your company.
