inventory is monitored in real time in interaction with order in processing and output.

Scale is really excellent love the flexibility and the WmS that runs on microsoft windows platform using SQL server as the database.

The customisation of it and mods can get really expensive.

Great and wonderfull warehouse management tool i would give it a 9/10 for a rating so please dont think twice go for it.

Handling all aspects of warehouse logistics such as in bound recieving, sorting, stocking to outbound picking, packing and manifesting as well as inventory control aspects.

It is a very simple to use and very ease to navigate through once you become familiar.

It is a very smooth program and there is not a ton more I would change.

Not able to build your own functionality screens but then again if you go to Manhattan they will build for you.

Make sure you have a super user (full understands how SCALE works) and you have an very defined end USER training. User training, user training and user training will be the success of implementations for Admins/Manhattan could set-up all your business requirements but if your end-users are not training then it will be a more bumpy run to a successful implementation.

We implemented SCALE in multiple facilities with a wide range of needs. SCALE accommodated a single design that allowed a simplified approach for distribution in our smaller facilities while supporting advanced labor planning and guided activity needed in our largest facility.

The integration into our core ERP system required significant effort from our consulting partners. It took about 6 months to stabilize once we went live.

Worth comparing to any other Tier 1 solution. It is especially competitive with the distribution offerings from other Tier 1 ERP solutions.

I like how easy Scale is to use on a desktop and how similar it looks while using the remote gun. I also like being able to transfer the data into excel.

Data does not always transfer into the waves. It seems like I have to manually input License plate numbers on occasion.

I can maintain inventory, transfer data to excel sheets, and create shipments.

Manhattan's support has improved over the years, SCALE is truly a unique solution that has some unmatched capabilities

Flexibility if you need to make change down the line. We often received calls from companies who had this issue and wanted a more flexible solution.

It has great automation capabilities which are added to the inventory management makes it very easy task. The clean UI offers so much to the environments which might give us outbound data. SQL Server scripts can be easily integrated into it. They have good support who comes out to help with all sort of queries. It is evolving very fast with changing needs of clients.

You can face problems in customizing the product though using is very easy. It is still not a complete solution for all warehousing needs. To start with they have to give a more interactive UI.

It is worth checking out this great Warehouse Management System.

It has made our team to imbibe the knowledge of warehousing. It was very flexible but still is very basic and did not fill all our needs. Integrating it was super easy with our other applications. After giving a lot of good options with every update it remains on our radar.

Non useful pop-up window when you don't scan the right bar code and it move the selector elsewhere in the screen

It takes time to adjust it to your needs
