I like the fact that from longtime they give the opportunity (also for free, up to a certain level) to have a professional system that has always grown up in time, with updates and improvements.

Sometimes I find it a bit complicated to surf between all the functionalities and from the last modification of the conditions there are some limits that are creating to me problems with my free account, but I am grateful for all the positive aspects

I dislike nothing specific about Mailchimp, but there is a need to make the support team more proactive to improve customer experience. The pre-designed templates are elementary and need more creativity here. Also, the UI for the mobile app can be improved.

Restricted to specific features and designs when you are using its free version and Subscription Price should be more reasonable....Customer support should be more responsive to the queries

One of the main email marketing pros is that it is primarily expensive compared to other traditional marketing methods. If the price of its package is less then it will be a better platform for everyone.

There support team takes so much to reply to the customer whether it's free account or pro account.

It's not like AWS, where you had 5o do so many configuration just to run the 3mails, but mandrill is handy for each and everyone out there
