Slow responding; software clunky

What do you like best about Management System Plus (MSP)?

I liked being able to view the schematics of each zone and how the legend identified which areas were not within the set points the user sets

What do you dislike about Management System Plus (MSP)?

Creating a schedule can be a bit confusing. Also the equipment seems to malfunction often or trips the unit which then gives the user no data, having to go up to the roof to visually identify if the unit is on or the a sensor failed.

Creating a schedule to adjust room temps before events begin as to ensure comfortable temperature.
