It allows to take configuration backups which is a life saver when there is a device failure or an outage. It can highlight the changes made and records the user name.

Ability to see all devices and errors. It is not terribly difficult to add devices. It works and integrates with ServiceNow (which is a big plus), including ServiceNow CMDB software options.

There is not alot that I dislike. If I had to pick something, it would be tech support only being 24x5 and not 24x7. And some features only being available on the more expensive Enterprise version.
