The Pings. It is a great feature where I could save different follow-up sequences for different campaigns. We can save multiple drafts to be sent and we can also set the timeline. All one needs to do is to attach the sequence while sending the mail. Super easy! No manual followup mail needed.

Sometimes it didn't specifically notify me as to who opened the email when I had multiple people in the loop. Otherwise, heads up to Mailtag!

I convinced my Team lead to start using Mailtag for sending the business proposals. We could cut down 20% of the time it took the sales team to send follow-up emails.

The best thing I like about this extension is the real-time alerts, which have excellent features.

We can automate follow-ups so that there would not be any trouble in reaching the clients.

The pricing is relatively high for a single user. They should release some company plans so everyone can benefit from that part. Maintainance part is also taking a lot of time to get back on track.

Other email marketing options exist; they are large and expensive solutions that are more focused on mass mail than the greater response individual rates MailTag may deliver with Gmail. You may make your recipients feel as if their emails were handwritten particularly for them by using MailTag. It will provide a lot more personal touch to your outgoing communications.

For a long time, I have been using this program and I have seen that the most persuasive thing about this app is that it has Free Service Ping Sequences. If your customers or prospects do not view your email, you can always arrange a MailTag follow-up chain, so your business partnership always stays healthy.

The only downside I've found so far is that it's not related to any CRM scheme, it's not just as well placed to accelerate growth in other business areas and operate on its own to extend your market if you don't have your drive.

It is a valuable program that keeps you in contact with your business customers. It's all simple to set up, simple to use, continuously working quietly in the background to support my sales and operations by supplying useful details.

The best and most amazing aspect of this app that I have experienced so far is that it delivers real-time desktop push alerts or notifications. MailTag can give you a real-time update anytime your targets or clients open your email. And for me, it is a great relief.

To me, the negative side of this software is that the price is high, particularly regarding the services available. Now that Gmail enables emails to be scheduled directly from its app, the popularity of this software is falling. Rather than being able to access the system on different accounts, you have to pay a subscription fee, one for each Gmail, and I was unable to find a pricing structure depending on the number of accounts where individual accounts could access the service at a lower cost.

My overall experience has been fantastic. It is convenient for me to contact potential customers whenever I get to know that they opened my email, and it also helps me to know whenever they have read a reply to monitor progress properly.

The main feature is the ability to track emails in real time - see if your emails are opened, links in emails clicked, etc. This tool also integrates with your Gmail - so the notifications can be set to be real-time & you don't need to have another tab opened all the time & track email interactions.

The customer support is a letdown as they don't seem to respond at all. There are some critical issues as there is no cancel subscription button on the tool & when you contact support they don't respond.

It helps a great deal in prospecting - as you get to know who has opened your emails - helping you grade or qualify your prospects & follow up with the high-potential ones quickly to convert to a sale.
