Great tool for managing email campaigns

What do you like best about Mailjoy?

I like that I can customize email template through html code. The template are good and easy to modify.

What do you dislike about Mailjoy?

Very reliable and secure. I have no dislike.

What problems is Mailjoy solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to send customized and personalized email messages to clients and customers without risk of missing a field that should be changed for that customer.

Trailblazing and resources mailing tool

What do you like best about Mailjoy?

It is a magnificent platform, it has excellent customer service and technical support, and its email schedule feature is very compatible with mobile.

What do you dislike about Mailjoy?

The implementation of forms is useful but it is not at its full potential yet.

What problems is Mailjoy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy to send mass emails, campaign management and allowed subscriber management for no cost.

Easy to create campaign and send email and customer service is excellent

What do you like best about Mailjoy?

I like that it allows me to manage my multichannel approaches from one platform. Very intuitive and easy to integrate.

What do you dislike about Mailjoy?

The price is little higher. Otherwise it's user friendly and easy to navigate.

What problems is Mailjoy solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me target and follow up more customers giving automated emails a personalized approach which helps me get more response.

The best A/B testing functionality to fine-tune my campaigns for optimal performance

What do you like best about Mailjoy?

It has a good design and you can drag and drop boxes to create an email.

What do you dislike about Mailjoy?

There is nothing to say. I'm happy with the features I have used.

What problems is Mailjoy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Campaign creation, email verifier allowing me to maintain clean lists boosting deliverability, and I am able to measure click statistics for each email.

Reach your customers fast and easy

What do you like best about Mailjoy?

Mailjoy is easy to integrate with Google Contacts, which indeed helped our business for reaching potential customers. We have used it daily to create campaigns, send emails and track conversions. It was easy to implement within our system and customer support of Mailjoy is very good.

What do you dislike about Mailjoy?

Only one thing I dislike about Mailjoy is UI, it could be better.

What problems is Mailjoy solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have used Mailjoy to reach our customers, send emails and email marketing campaigns too. It has really helped our business to reach potential customers out there.

Very responsive campaign creation tool with brilliant and helpful online chat team

What do you like best about Mailjoy?

The campaign templates allow for simple preparation of nice campaigns for subscribers and it offers cool statistics for each campaign.

What do you dislike about Mailjoy?

There aren't any issue or problem with the product, and the customer service is unfailingly quick and competent.

What problems is Mailjoy solving and how is that benefiting you?

It offers the ability to put a newsletter together flexibly and allows me to track and analyze customer engagement very well too.

Easy to use software with great email preview options and list management

What do you like best about Mailjoy?

It's very userfriendly even begginera can design campaigns with it. Very fast and accurate to send email.

What do you dislike about Mailjoy?

I was intimidated by the email design choices at first. Then I loved the choices.

What problems is Mailjoy solving and how is that benefiting you?

I set up workflows to track subscriber behavior and automatically respond with relevant content.

Creating great emails super easy with Mailjoy

What do you like best about Mailjoy?

I like the click and drag features the most, along with the recommended templates.

What do you dislike about Mailjoy?

I truly have not had a bad experience with Mailjoy.

What problems is Mailjoy solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Mailjoy to send our newsletters. Post-mailing reporting and analysis screens are also very useful.

Easy to create templates both text & images. Easy to schedule emails to send later.

Language translations could be tough to get around at first.
