only allows integration with gmail or gsuite, should accept all public email domains I have a very silent follow-up of the email sent until it is read and thus know if the information sent is of interest to the client good tracking tool

It is an effective way to track all the emails you send via gmail and know if they have been read with an effective notification that proves it, to tell the truth it is a fairly easy-to-use platform where its support is also effective in quickly responding to help tickets.

What do you like best about Mailcastr?

It is user friendly and easy to use, it provides easy tracking of you emails mostly for professionals who don't want to miss their mails and it's free as well.

What do you dislike about Mailcastr?

As such there is nothing dislike about this application but they need to keep on upgrading as their are many applications for tracking mails.

What problems is Mailcastr solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me in tracking my important work emails and personal emails as well. It helps in organized way.

What do you like best about Mailcastr?

It works with Gmail; it puts a basic notification feature which lets me know whether the recipient has opened my email or not. It has been especially useful when it comes to checking on the clients and confirming whether they have noted the proposals provided to them.

What do you dislike about Mailcastr?

What Mailcastr does not factor into the open rate is whether the person is actually clicking on a particular link within the email. This can be frustrating.

What problems is Mailcastr solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mailcastr has enhanced my method of follow up in emails. Learning when one has opened my email leads to a timely reminder if necessary. I find this to have made my communication organization a lot easier and also extremely useful in making sure that critical messages do not go unnoticed.

What do you like best about Mailcastr?

For myself I liked the feature of tracking when the email is in the inbox of the user . Knowing that I can actually see when the recipient opened my email is pretty powerful. It is suitable for follow-up moves and measuring the response of recipients.

What do you dislike about Mailcastr?

Mailcastr only captures the opens in fluent within the Gmail. This is a major disadvantageous to me since I mainly deal with my clients and co-workers who are using other email service such as Outlook or Yahoo.

What problems is Mailcastr solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mailcastr saves my time and reduces uncertainty in my email interactions. It enhances my follow-up technique’s effectiveness knowing whether my messages are being opened, particularly if my most important messages.
