What do you like best about Mailbox rental?

The service is avaliable through day and night. The customer support team does the needy and always sends me alert regarding the product delivery informafion. The user interface is intuitive and user friendly.

What do you dislike about Mailbox rental?

Soketimes I have faced the website being little laggy and caused crashing. The seamlessly is missing and it can be better.

Being up to date with regards to mailing mechanism, provides me with timely information regarding the parcel.

What do you like best about Mailbox rental?

I like that I can access my mail 24/7, that the employees contact me if I receive a large package that does not fit, for me to pick up; and when I travel, I do not have to worry about an overflowing mailbox, or theft occurring when I am gone.

What do you dislike about Mailbox rental?

The cost at times is a bit expensive, but well worth it.

Recommendations to others considering Mailbox rental?

I am solving missing mail items, I receive most payments for services through the mail, so it solves my security issue. If an employee from the rental takes a check, it is easier to trace and report.

What problems is Mailbox rental solving and how is that benefiting you?

Benefits I have realized - protected mail, deliveries are all sent here, and confidential mail (contracts and payments) are protected.
